Finally, the obstacle has removed by Shoaib Malik himself, in the way of Sania Mirza & Shoaib. Now the wedding bells of Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik and Indian tennis player Sania Mirza will ring peacefully.
The whole controversy started when Shoaib Malik announced that he and Sania are getting married. Ayesha Siddiqui had filed a police case against Shoaib Malik that he had married her in 2002; and then refused to accept her. After that a wave of controversies arrived in the life of Shoaib and he faced many problems in his marriage with Sania Mirza. At first, Shoaib denied the claims, but admitted it later that it was a ‘telephone nikah’ that he had been forced into. The situation got worst when Shoaib went to India, and police took over Shoaib’s passport and said he couldn’t travel out of India until the matter was resolved.
But now the hurdles have finally ended. Shoaib Malik has divorced Ayesha Siddiqui and right after the divorce, the police case against him has been dropped. Subsequently, Ayesha’s family corroborated the divorce, and they are now satisfied with the decision.

Presently, after the resolution of all the disputes & hindrances out of the way, Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza will get married as scheduled on April 15.
