Some of our favourites from the second day made us wonder were the fairy tales all true or just the Disney princess were real because an eastern Pakistani bride can surely match the glory of a Disney princess on her big day by going for one of these dresses.
Every designer did a great job but we have our favourites.
The show kicked off with Mahgul’s amazing collection. From puffed sleeves to amazing pastels with such bling bling intricate work to the darker shade used for a saree just made us dream of a dress from her for the perfect wedding day. The Most loved was the one creating an aura of bling for everyone. The dress is a shade of grey that looks silver or white and the embroidery is a mix of gold and silver. The cut work on the sharara made it all the more beautiful. The embellishment merged so well that we couldn’t tell where the gold starts and where the silver ends. The model turned and the dress gave a touch of white, how interesting is that.
The designer made sure her debut is much loved by many because of the presence of the pride of Pakistan on the runway. We fell in love with the dress that complimented Aisam’s presence. The cut of the beautiful dress with a nice peplum from the front and the gaudy trail at the back made it stand out from all her collection. We surely loved the work and the white lehnga.
Farah and Fatima
She left us awe struck with the pistachio outfit with a touch of peach at the borders. The material used was creating a look that was mouth watering. The entire collection was beautiful but this dress took us heart away.
We love pastels and the beautiful shades of pink and grey pastels made us love this powder pink and silvery grey outfit by siara rizwan. A great dress with such beautiful embroidery that the bling was so subtle that it looked like a Cinderella gown for a perfect wedding or reception dress.
Looks like another one of our favourite was a hue of pistachio. The work the material and the cut everything made the dress perfect for a dreamy wedding. The entire house applauded for this designer all the way from Karachi. She surely made an effort to make the Lahori audience love her collection.
